Today, I am thinking of a few specific people who I believe could use a word of encouragement due to life changes, unexpected circumstances, challenging situations, and unhappy or negative mindsets. Maybe you know someone who could benefit from a positive, kind, or uplifting word as well. I’ve created a few memes with various thoughts that I wanted to share with you today. Feel free to share any of them with someone you know.
I hope these words and images speak to your heart or give you an opportunity to share your heart with someone you care about.
Have a blessed day!
Nina, a perfect thought for this day!!! Mr. HB has a sermon called THE ART OF ENCOURAGEMENT from I Thess. 5:11-22. His points are “Encouragement is a Person” from Acts 9:26-28 (Barnabas stands up for Paul); “Encouragement is a Word” from Prov. 25:11, using kind words and encouraging cards; and “Encouragement is a Church” dealing with fellowship and caring. He has pictures we added on the I-pad. It is on my computer desktop and in my library files. I will show you next time we are together. Maybe I can get Jana to attach it for me.
We enjoyed your visit so very much. Time just flew by, and I shed a few tears when you left. It looked like the first thing Bella did was go get on the couch!!!
We love you. Mrs. Avis
Yes, Mrs Avis, I recall that sermon. In fact, I published it here on my blog in March of 2014: https://fullerwayoflife.com/2014/03/22/the-art-of-encouragement/. I’ll email you the link so you can see it again. We enjoyed our visit with you all as well. Love you lots!

Hi Nina, very good devotion. For me, things are going quite well and I’m doing fine in the encouragement department. However, your blog reminds me that I need to be handing out some encouragement to those who can use a handful of it. Thanks much, Nina.
Thanks David. Glad to hear you are doing well. Your comment reminds me that I, too, need to be doing a little more encouraging during these current troubling times.
